We’ve just returned from a great stay at the RH Victoria. The rooms are modern & well equipped (best hairdryer I’ve used abroad, without a doubt!). The whole hotel is spotlessly clean. We stayed B&B so can only comment on the breakfast but it was lovely and plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Never a problem getting a sun bed around the pool at any time of day (may be busier in high season). The hotel is perfectly placed for the beach (less than 5 min walk), the Old Town & harbour (less than 5 mins walk) or the New Town/Levante end/British Square etc (10 mins walk). Can’t fault a thing. Would most definitely stay here again on another visit and would absolutely recommend.

First time at this hotel and in Benidorm and my husband and I absolutely loved it! Greg and Evie on reception and David in the bar and all restaurant staff were excellent as was the lady who cleaned out room every day - sorry I didn't get her name 😞 cleanliness, food, staff and service was first class and we can't wait to return to this hotel again!!

Absolutely amazing hotel. The cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The food was excellent, the staff especially Eva on reception was so helpful, a real credit to the hotel group. All the bar staff deserve a mention too as they were super efficient. Think this will be our go to hotel every year when we book our girlie break. It’s perfectly situated for the Old Town and the beach which is a 5 minute walk away surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants for all tastes. Every single member of the team including the cleaners, chefs etc deserve a huge pat on the back for making our stay just perfect
