Not enough information given on check.-in, was happy to wait for room as we arrived early but not given any information about places to use for food and drink while we were waiting. Other than that the whole stay was perfect

"Lovely staff in restaurant, spa, reception and room. Was impressed that they let me use the shower before I left, allowing me to take my luggage into the spa to change properly and even gave me a towel to use so as not to put my own wet towel back into my case"
