What a gem of a hotel, right in the old town and so close to metro and bus stops. The welcome from the reception team was so friendly and welcoming. My room, only a single room was imaculatly clean, a good bathroom, a very comfortable bed and a big screen TV showing BBC News. The breakfast room was well organised with very friendly staff and a very good selection of breakfast food. My inner room was very quiet. All the major sights were within walking distance and there was a wide range of bars, cafe's and restaurant in the immediate area. I was a very happy customer for four nights.

The location is super, very close to many tourist attractions. There is a lovely lively vibe on the surrounding streets in the evenings and we felt very safe walking around late in the evening. The rooms were gorgeous and the staff very accommodating and friendly. Our room had a big terrace overlooking the city, which was a fantastic surprise! Breakfast was lovely with fresh fruit, juices, pastries and hot items. The hotel smelt great and staff were always about hoovering etc - it is so clean! We will definitely be back, we had a super time.

Clean and pleasant hotel with spacious rooms. Very attentive and professional staff. Very central location. When we passed the reception desk with a bottle of wine in hand, the staff gave us a corkscrew without us even having asked for it. Highly appreciated!
