We always use this hotel and have done so for many years now. It's situation is ideal for both beaches which are easily accessible with mobility scooters, as is the old town. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, from reception to bar to restaurant. Nothing is too much trouble. The choice and variety of dishes in the restaurant is excellent. We are returning in September.

Room well maintained and hotel clean. Staff efficient and friendly from the cleaning ladies to the reception, restaurant and bar. Nice big outdoor pool and sufficient sized indoor pool as well. The evening entertainment could have been better but not a major problem. The hotel is nicely situated and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops close by. I would be happy to return to this hotel sometime in the future.

we had asked our travel compny for a low floor, we were originally put on Flr15,this was immediately changed to flr1 , great, the kettle failed, replaced immediately with a brand new one. every thing we needed wqs aattended to immediately, could not have been better.

We visited hotel ifach for 7 nights in May this year on a bed and breakfast deal with jet2 we were well pleased with everything friendly staff, a really spacious bedroom and bathroom balcony with a sea view and everywhere clean and tidy,breakfast was very good and of a wide selection .a large pool area with loads of sun beds all in all good value for money and very restful.

Lovely hotel! Great location, great staff and for me, a great all inclusive. Food was very nice, rooms clean, tidy and very spacious. Up on the 11th floor we had great views! We would certainly look to return.
