"The hotel, staff, food, and location were all amazing! I was bed and breakfast only and unfortunately didn't have chance to try the gastro restaurant for lunch and dinner. I am returning to the hotel very soon and will not miss out next time. I was upgraded to a sea view with balcony room, which was a fabulous surprise!"

I called the morning of arrival to book a parking place, Lucas on reception was so helpful with directions, When we arrived Lucas was on reception again, he made us feel so welcome and he gave us all the information we needed about the hotel and arrangements for meals in the hotel. He also spent time showing us the best sights to see in Benidorm which we very much appreciated."
