Lovely, clean hotel. Staff are also very nice. Bar staff very talented and make amazing cocktails. We have already booked up again for 2024. Only downsides are the lifts are extremely slow, we were on the third floor with a toddler and a pram so couldn’t resort to the stairs. We waited in excess of 20 odd minutes each time we went out.

Fabulous family hotel ! Everything about this hotel was top notch . I stayed here with my husband and two adult children and our little 6 year old princess our grandaughter who had the best time ! From the rooms to the food to the entertainment we were thoroughly satisfied ! The staff were great and nothing was too much trouble . Lots to keep our grandaughter happy from the pool to the slides and large play areas and kids club and the evening entertainment we could not have asked for more ! We have booked again for July 2023 and its all our little princess talks about !!! Well done RH Princesa !!!

This was a fantastic hotel, we travel often and it is one of the best stays we have had for many years, staff, rooms, food and bar , everything was top notch. The hotel is ten minute walk from the old town and around 15 minutes from the main strip, so its perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle at night and an easy stroll when you want to experience all that Benidorm has to offer. I would highly recommend this hotel if your planning on going to Benidorm. We went all inclusive which includes all meals and local drinks and for a small fee you can enjoy a wider range of drinks which we did and proved to be an absolute bargain.Food is a mixture of local and British and there's always something to suit even the most fussy of eaters . Overall 10 out of 10.
