Second visit, hotel position is very good,near the old town but a little walk to the beach and the hustle and bustle of the British area. The hotel is very clean and the food is very good and varied,the catering staff do a great job,considering the amount of people that they serve.The bar service in the lounge area is quick and served with a smile. Went as a couple but lots of families whose children seemed to be having a great time.will definitely be going again.

Stayed here with my mum for 5 nights. We had a room on the 11th floor with a pool view. Food was very nice with plenty of choice. Drinks were reasonably priced. Enjoyed the pina coladas. The hotel is based between the new and old town. The staff were all very friendly The entertainment was ok, even had a dancing bar man. Would definately return.

As always, a safe bet…..thanks to the waiters, especially two of them who, apart from waiters, are great professionals and make your stay as if you were at home surrounded by friends… Jose Marco and Jesus Prieto I hope to meet you many more years.

Family hotel. Exquisite treatment from the waiters Jesus Prieto and Jose Marco. In the dining room Cristina is a love, not so much Olvido Marti (an edge especially with children and adolescents) The children's monitors are very nice. This year the absence of Luca (a kid of 10) and our Marta has been very noticeable. We will repeat for sure

Lovely hotel very clean, food is so good lots of choice. Bar drinks were reasonable. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely return. Short walk to the old town which is lovely. [Very busy] about 15 min walk into levante bars and levante beach.
