Fantastic hotel Fran on reception was fantastic when checking us in my granddaughter has a friend!! Stayed here 3 times already but can honestly say it is getting better and better. Food delicious rooms lovely very clean. Staff are absolutely amazing cannot recommend this hotel enough the facilities are so great for kids will be back again and again thank you RH Princesa xx

Excellent hotel clean room’s friendly staff and in a fantastic location for us. The bar/lounge areas were lovely and a good size with plenty of tables & chairs. They are set up so that you can still have a quiet area if you don’t want to watch the entertainment. Pool areas are set out really well so that adults can have an area away from the children’s section. We had a lovely week here and loved the spa area which we did pay for & use one day of our stay.
